Shipping Policy

All items will be shipped via USPS within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment. Binders will ship book rate. CD and flash drive will be shipped first class. Free shipping is included with all orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

Items that are not received or are found to be defective or damaged will be replaced free of charge. Please include a photo and description of the issue with your replacement request. Replacement requests will be honored within 30 days of purchase date.
